Within 24-48 hours of Checkout, staff will be in contact with you to follow up regarding payment (accepting eTransfers and all major credit cards, with the exception of American Express). While some products may be in stock, others will have to be specially ordered in (generally taking 8-14 weeks to arrive)- staff will notify you of your order time frame and will follow up (via email or text) with you when your order is available for pick-up.

Please note that all orders will need to be pickup within seven (7) days of arrival time (generally 8-10 weeks after order time). We unfortunately are not able to hold items longer then the 7 days as we don't have storage space.
